Canberra Theatre Centre is a division of the Cultural Facilities Corporation, an independent corporation of the ACT Government. Canberra Theatre Centre is the major presenter of performing arts in the area through both the programming and venue hirers areas. Canberra Theatre Centre is connected to major performing arts centres across the nation and regularly works with leading national theatre and dance companies. Technical Staff

The Canberra Theatre Centre has a register of trained casual technical staff in four departments; lighting, sound, staging and stage door. Those on the register will be contacted when work becomes available. Please note applicants may be required to attend for an assessment of suitability.

Payment and conditions are in accordance with the CFC EBA 2018 – 2021.

Box Office Staff

If you are interested in casual work in our Box Office and have experience in a customer service role, we’d love to hear from you. We welcome expressions of interest via the email below, and will contact you when work becomes available. Please note applicants may be required to attend an interview for an assessment of suitability.
