Collecting Your Tickets

Canberra Ticketing offers the following despatch methods for delivery of your tickets:

• Standard mail
• Collection from the performance venue
• e-ticket

Please note that for some performances and some ticket types not all despatch methods will be available.

If you elected to have your tickets emailed, these can be found as an attachment on your confirmation email. The confirmation email will be from info@qtix.com.au.

For security reasons, lost or stolen tickets will not be able to be reprinted until 30 minutes prior to the start time on the date of the performance at the Canberra Theatre box office.

For your convenience, Canberra Ticketing is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday and 10am to 2pm on Saturdays. Canberra Ticketing is also open at least one hour prior to the start of performances at Canberra Theatre and The Playhouse.
