Mobile Phone Policy

Please note that Hannah’s shows are DEVICE FREE ENVIRONMENTS.

You will be required to switch off and put away any electronic devices including phones, smart watches, fit bits or any other device that may make a sound or have any lights on it. You will not be allowed to have them in your hand, they will need to be in a bag or a pocket and they must be switched off, not muted. This will be from the moment that you check into the venue. In addition, cameras and other recording devices are similarly prohibited.

To support the artist and our audience members with additional needs, please notify us in advance if you require your device for medical or accessibility purposes via email to canberraticketing@act.gov.au with your Order ID. You do not need to disclose your personal circumstances, but it would be helpful to know the nature of the device’s possible disruption (for example, light from a phone screen, red light, beeping sound, etc.). Your seat number will be provided to the artist for this purpose only. Please note that ‘doctors on call’ or receiving a call from a sitter do not warrant an exemption.

This is a strict condition of entry to ensure an uninterrupted and focused experience for the artist and the audience. We appreciate your cooperation.
