Siw Sanda Roo 2022 is the fourth iteration of the Sri Lankan traditional dance concert series presented by Bhagya School of Dance, one of the leading organisations promoting the vibrance of Sri Lankan culture in Australia. Siw Sanda Roo represents the four main art forms of Sri Lankan heritage: dancing, singing, drama and art. This rhythmical dance concert will showcase different forms of dancing including Sri Lankan upcountry, low country and folk dance, just to name a few of the genres that encapsulates the beauty of Sri Lankan dancing culture, all while incorporating a bit of drama with picturesque staging support. $1 from each ticket purchase is contributed to the World Children’s Health Organisation, supporting the health and wellbeing of Sri Lankans by providing medicines and equipment currently in shortage in Sri Lanka.
